Staff bookings

Staff members should log in and click the "book now" link at the top of any page. They will see a red warning message in the booking window indicating they are using the staff view and should then follow the booking steps.

The staff view is similar to but different from the client view:
  • all required fields are optional except for the "full name"
  • the booking window is not enforced
  • all private resources are visible
  • the "current clients only" restriction is not relevant and therefore ignored
  • some settings can be set differently for the client and staff views and the presentation may differ as a result
  • a client lookup tool will be shown allowing for easy scheduling for return clients

There are some very important considerations when booking as staff:
  • ALWAYS ensure you are logged in (red warning message at the top)
  • NEVER put anything in the email field but the actual client's email address (if not known leave it blank)
