See your appointments in Outlook

First, try to click the appropriate link under "My settings" > "links". If nothing happens then try the below...

We can't easily walk you thru the process for your specific calendar software as there are many versions of Outlook and other softwares and all work a bit differently. But that being said, it's always some variation of a common process. It's usually a matter of finding the appropriate menu to subscribe to / or add / or create a remote / public / internet calendar, then providing our calendar feed URL / web address / link to it.

For Outlook 2007+ you can try the steps outlined at these addresses:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/view-and-subscribe-to-internet-calendars-HA010167325.aspx#BM2
http://www.ehow.com/how_2058421_add-internet-calendar-outlook-2007.html

You'll find your webcal link(s) under "My settings" > "links" on the left hand side next to a [2].
You may need to replace the http:// with webcal:// should Outlook not accept it.

Note: you need Outlook 2007 or later for the automatic calendar updates. Outlook 2003 CANNOT subscribe to calendar feeds and can only import files manually (you need to download the calendar file from our site then import it into Outlook every time you want the changes to be reflected there).

The calendar feeds are updated about every 2 hours or so on our end irrespective of how often Outlook may try to refresh on your end.
