Notifications & reminders explained

The system sends the following to clients:
  • notifications for new, canceled, rescheduled and confirmed appointments (clients can turn them off but they are on by default)
  • email reminders (you can customize the text and period or disable it entirely)
  • text reminders (optional as well)

  • notifications for new, canceled, rescheduled and confirmed appointments (off by default)
